YURY MODULEVSKY, P.Q.S., M.A. Cost E., graduated from Russia’s State Polytechnic University in 1985 and has worked in Canada since 1999 as a Quantity Surveyor / Project Cost Consultant, specialising in Project Monitoring. 

 

Yury takes a proactive and  hands-on approach to client relationships and is a key player in contributing to the success of AMS Quantity Surveyors.  With more than 25 years experience  in construction and real estate, Yury monitors  various projects in Ottawa and Quebec.

 

Yury has developed and facilitated Project Monitoring Seminars for developers, lenders and architects. He also provides expert evidence for use in mediations and court.

 

Yury has served on the Board of the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors and as Chair of the Ottawa Chapter of Quantity Surveyors.
