Armstrong Modulevsky Schutte Quantity Surveyors Inc. (AMS) was established in January 2015  as a result of the reorganization of Gordon Armstrong & Associates.  AMS  now combines the collective talents of Gordon Armstrong, Yury Modulevsky and Stephen Schutte. 

 

Mr. Schutte and Mr. Modulevsky were employed by Gordon Armstrong & Associates for 22 and 12 years respectively prior to the reorganization, ensuring a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge for past, current and future clients.
